As couples, we face critical choices within our relationship, each and every day. There are key moments when I must decide: Will I
respond in a way that forges connection with my partner? Or, will I choose something else that creates distance between us? Our
capacity for building connection can make the difference between having a lifelong, vibrant relationship - or having one that is wistfully distant or even hostile.
Most of us did not receive very good "relationship training" and go through life unaware of the choices we make about our most
important relationship. This workshop will give couples the opportunity to explore:
- The basic principles which - when practiced consistently - will lay the groundwork for connection
- The main "pitfalls" that disrupt connection
- How to deepen your connection while staying true to yourself.
The material is presented in a safe, supportive environment. The workshop is appropriate for all couples, including those who are
seriously dating, engaged or married for any length of time.
